Based on multiplier approach finding that average annual capital spending during build out period will be approximately $16.5 billion for long-run maintenance and upgrade for the 300 MHz of spectrum the FCC is currently proposing to reassign, it would generate an additional $50 billion in VDP annually and more than 330,00 new jobs.
