On Monday, February 23, computers were donated all over Ohio in a combination of rural and urban areas, with the goal of allowing more Ohioans the benefit from the educational, economic, and health-related opportunities that broadband provides.

Gov. Strickland was on hand at one of these ceremonies at the Lorain County Boys and Girls Club, which received 24 new computers. “Technology plays a part in preparing young people for the future,” Gov. Strickland said at the event. “Our goal is to work for universal access, everywhere, for every family.”
